How do I pay during the private beta?
You don't. The 14-day trial converts to free continued access until ComplyEU exits private beta later this year. Design partners get an extra 3 months free at launch, plus locked-in pricing for 24 months.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU only. Production runs in Railway's europe-west4 (Frankfurt) region. The only cross-border data flow is to Anthropic in the US under Standard Contractual Clauses, and only the metadata of AI tools your org uses — never employee personal data. See our Trust page for the full picture.
Is the AI Act classification something I can trust?
Every classification cites the specific AI Act article and Annex section that applies. The output is decision support, not legal advice — and we're transparent about that in our Terms. Our roadmap includes an external compliance reviewer who signs off on the policy templates.
What happens after the trial?
During private beta, your workspace stays active. When we exit beta, you'll get a 30-day heads-up and can pick a paid plan, extend on the beta tier, or export your data.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, from your dashboard, with no questions asked. Your data is exportable as JSON + PDF for 30 days after cancellation.
