The things people ask before signing up
How do I pay during the private beta?
You don't. The fourteen-day trial converts to free continued access until Probo exits private beta later this year. Design partners get a further three months free at launch, plus pricing locked for twenty-four months.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU only. Production runs in Railway's europe-west4 (Frankfurt) region. The one cross-border flow is to Anthropic in the US under Standard Contractual Clauses, and it carries only the metadata of the AI tools your organisation uses — never your employees' personal data. Can I actually rely on the AI Act classification?
Every classification cites the specific article or Annex point it rests on, quotes the provision, and links to the consolidated text on EUR-Lex, so you can check it rather than trust it. It is decision support and not legal advice, and our Terms say so plainly. An external compliance reviewer signing off the policy templates is on the roadmap.
What happens when the law changes?
The corpus is versioned and each provision is fingerprinted, so when the text behind one of your policies moves we can show you which lines changed and which of your documents were built on the old wording.
What happens after the trial?
During private beta your workspace stays active. When we exit beta you get thirty days' notice, then you can pick a paid plan, stay on the beta tier, or export everything.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your dashboard, without a phone call. Your data stays exportable as JSON and PDF for thirty days after cancellation.
